writer. DIRECTOR. EXPLORER.
I'm a writer and director in commercials and feature films based in Los Angeles. My award winning debut film The Purple Onion premiered at Cinequest Film Festival in 2014, is distributed by Cinemation, and is available on major VOD platforms. I'm currently in development on my next feature film titled Glorious Empire.
In another life I worked at a furniture factory in China, as a seasonal waiter in Greece, as a host of a travel show in Poland, and as a door guy in San Francisco's top comedy club. I've also mentored kids in jail, taught cinema and English, and I authored a novel called Cupertino about delinquent youth in, you guessed it, Cupertino.
I'm currently an MFA candidate in Writing for Film and TV at Emerson College. I studied film directing at the National Polish Film School in Poland, where my parents emigrated from. I received a BA in Humanities from Loyola Marymount University. I love cinema, storytelling, psychology, philosophy, traveling, and exploring new cultures, oh and I make a pretty mean Shakshuka, too.
